They are now seeking a Document Management Specialist with expertise in Aconex to oversee the internal deployment and management of the system.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and maintain SharePoint and Aconex document management systems to facilitate efficient document storage and retrieval.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with various departments to design document workflows and ensure adherence to organizational standards.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the implementation, configuration, and optimization of document management solutions, including archiving and version control.<\/li>\n<li>Provide training and support to users, promoting best practices for document management tools.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement effective troubleshooting solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, such as user manuals, procedures, and training resources.<\/li>\n<li>Uphold data integrity and security within the document management systems.<\/li>\n<li>Administer all aspects of the documentation management system.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored document management solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> 5+ years of experience in document management systems administration and support roles. Experience within the real estate and construction sectors in the UAE or GCC.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical Skills:<\/strong> Experience with SharePoint and Aconex. Strong understanding of document management principles and practices.
