Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Develop and implement comprehensive compliance strategies, policies, and procedures to address regulatory obligations and mitigate compliance risks.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Keep on top of regulatory developments and updates pertaining to the DeFi and cryptocurrency sectors, assess the impact on our business operations, and proactively adjust compliance measures accordingly.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Create and maintain internal compliance programs, training initiatives, and monitoring mechanisms to promote a culture of compliance across all levels of the organization.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Prepare and submit regulatory reports, filings, and disclosures as required by regulatory authorities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of submissions.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and regulatory authorities to address compliance-related inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate open communication channels.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
