Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
*Assist attorneys in preparing and reviewing legal documents related to real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and closing documents.<\/p>\n
*Conduct title searches and examine property titles to identify any issues or encumbrances.<\/p>\n
*Research zoning regulations, land use laws, and environmental regulations to support project development.<\/p>\n
*Coordinate and communicate with clients, developers, and government agencies to gather necessary information and documents.<\/p>\n
*Prepare and organize case files, maintain records, and manage deadlines for projects and filings.<\/p>\n
*Assist in the preparation of applications for permits and variances and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.<\/p>\n
*Attend and summarize meetings related to real estate development and zoning hearings.<\/p>\n
*Support the legal team in other areas of practice as required.<\/p>\n
