Due to continued success, they are looking to hire a Sales Executive to sell their online platform.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of travel insurance products, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and engage potential clients, presenting them with tailored travel insurance solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.<\/li>\n<li>Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to provide clients with the best options.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Provide clients with detailed information about travel insurance policies, including coverage options, benefits, and exclusions.<\/li>\n<li>Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B2B distribution experience<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Experience selling to the Travel industry would be beneficial<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Must haves: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>UAE Drivers License<\/li>\n<li>Hindi Language<\/li>\n<li>B2B Sales Background<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My client sell a travel solutions platform to both travel agents and brokers across the UAE.
