You&#8217;ll work with a world-class team, leveraging the latest digital marketing strategies to fuel the next growth phase<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Performance Marketing (60%) <\/strong>Develop, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across key platforms (Meta, TikTok, and YouTube)<\/li>\n<li>Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement strategies to maximize ROI \/Payback and reduce CAC.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the creative \/ design team to test and iterate different ad creatives \/messaging<\/li>\n<li><strong>Referral Program Optimization (30%)<\/strong> Design and implement strategies to grow and optimize the referral program for maximum impact.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze referral data to identify trends and opportunities to enhance participation and conversion.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with product and CRM teams to create a seamless referral experience for users.<\/li>\n<li><strong>SEO Management (10%)<\/strong> Drive organic growth by developing and executing an effective SEO strategy, including content creation and technical SEO improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct keyword research, monitor rankings, and optimize site structure for search engines.<\/li>\n<li>Work with content creators to produce high-value, SEO-friendly educational content for retail investors.<\/li>\n<li>Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor key metrics (CAC, LTV, Payback) and pivot where necessary<\/li>\n<li>Build regular reports on acquisition performance and identify key areas for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with product, design, and tech teams to align acquisition strategies with broader business goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven ability to develop and execute performance marketing strategies that drive scalable user acquisition while optimizing ROI \/ Payback and reducing CAC on Meta \/TikTok &amp; Youtube<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with campaign management, A\/B testing, and analytics tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, or TikTok Ads Manager, including proficiency in bid strategy optimization and audience segmentation<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in budget allocation, real-time performance monitoring, and campaign iteration to achieve growth targets<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in designing, implementing, and optimizing referral programs to drive viral growth, leveraging data insights to enhance participation, conversion rates, and overall program effectiveness<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, technical optimization, and link-building strategies<\/li>\n<li>Ideally you will have experience working in fintech, particularly within retail investing or similar financial services sectors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you a data-driven growth marketer passionate about scaling user acquisition?
