{"id":796866,"date":"2025-01-30T06:12:49","date_gmt":"2025-01-30T06:12:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/mena\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/conference-producer\/"},"modified":"2025-03-16T11:25:40","modified_gmt":"2025-03-16T11:25:40","slug":"conference-producer-796866","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/mena\/jobs\/sales\/business-development\/conference-producer-796866","title":{"rendered":"Conference Producer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>My client, a leading global events company is seeking a highly motivated and individual to join their team as a Conference Producer for prestigious conferences in the MEA region.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>You will be constructing detailed programs with expert speakers, conducting market research, and liaising with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive delegate growth and content quality!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities of the job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create industry-relevant conference programs with expert speakers and engage with speakers and ensure their attendance at events.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with professionals, institutions, and companies to develop compelling conference programs as well as networking with speakers, exhibitors, and delegates with a target number of meetings per event day.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an up-to-date speaker database as well as conducting post-show analyses.<\/li>\n<li>Work alongside the sponsorship team by providing leads and attending sales meetings as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Produce new conference ideas and program content through meetings and research.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams enhance the conference portfolio, suggesting new conference tracks for events.<\/li>\n<li>Boost relationships with industry experts to develop conference topics and secure speakers.<\/li>\n<li>Explore additional ways to attract delegates, such as workshops etc.<\/li>\n<li>Provide hands on support with on-site duties during the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ideal candidate:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>You must have previous experience in conference production for large scale events for these positions.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial awareness and research skills!<\/li>\n<li>Copywriting abilities and familiarity with brand and market dynamics.<\/li>\n<li>You must have knowledge of related industries\/events and conference production experience.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead a team.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Be willing to relocate to Riyadh &#8211; full relocation support is provided.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My client, a leading global events company is seeking a highly motivated and individual to join their team as a Conference Producer for prestigious conferences in the MEA region.
