You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and business units to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure seamless implementation of digital wallet features and enhancements.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for digital wallet and fintech solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Define functional and non-functional specifications to support system enhancements and new product development.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with product managers, developers, and UX\/UI designers to ensure alignment of business requirements with technical solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to assess new digital wallet features, integrations, and third-party partnerships.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and process mapping sessions to streamline fintech operations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security standards, and best practices in digital payments.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain clear documentation, including business process flows, user stories, and use cases.<\/li>\n<li>Support testing teams in defining test cases, reviewing test plans, and validating system functionalities.<\/li>\n<li>Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and provide ongoing support during implementation phases.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to recommend optimizations for digital payment solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as an <strong>IT Business Analyst<\/strong> in the <strong>Fintech sector<\/strong>, with a strong focus on <strong>digital wallets, e-wallets, or payment solutions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of <strong>digital payment technologies, mobile payment platforms, APIs, and financial transaction flows<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with <strong>Agile methodologies (Scrum\/Kanban)<\/strong> and tools like <strong>JIRA, Confluence, or similar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in data analysis, SQL querying, and working with reporting tools is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of emerging fintech trends, blockchain, and embedded finance is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Certifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in <strong>Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Certifications in <strong>Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA)<\/strong> or Agile methodologies (CSPO, SAFe Agilist) are a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst with expertise in Fintech and Digital Wallets to join our client onsite in Dubai.
