The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with <strong>TSYS Prime 4<\/strong> and a strong background in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing payment solutions.<\/p>\n<p>The role is based on site in Dubai and is initially a 12-month contract.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and develop end-to-end <strong>card<\/strong> and <strong>payment architecture solutions<\/strong>, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the technical strategy and roadmap for <strong>card issuing, acquiring, and payment processing<\/strong> systems.<\/li>\n<li>Provide architectural oversight for <strong>TSYS Prime<\/strong>-related implementations, upgrades, and integrations.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to translate business needs into <strong>scalable and resilient architecture<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Work with cross-functional teams to integrate <strong>TSYS Prime with other banking systems<\/strong>, including core banking, fraud management, and digital banking platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Define and enforce best practices in <strong>API design, microservices architecture, and cloud-native<\/strong> solutions for payment processing.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate emerging technologies in <strong>open banking, real-time payments, and fintech innovations<\/strong> to drive modernization.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>10+ years of experience<\/strong> in <strong>banking and financial services architecture<\/strong>, with a strong focus on <strong>cards and payment solutions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proven expertise in TSYS Prime<\/strong>, including configuration, customization, and integration with other financial platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of <strong>card issuing, acquiring, payment gateways, and transaction processing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with <strong>API-driven architectures, microservices, and cloud platforms<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of <strong>real-time payment systems, SWIFT, and digital wallet integrations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with <strong>enterprise architecture frameworks<\/strong> (TOGAF, Zachman, or similar).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in an Agile environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We seek an experienced Solutions Architect with deep expertise in banking and financial services, particularly in cards and payment solutions.
