You&#8217;ll collaborate with internal teams to position cutting-edge solutions in cloud, AI, software engineering, and digital transformation.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Account Farming: Strengthen and grow relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and maximize account value.<\/li>\n<li>New Business Development: Identify and engage with key decision-makers in enterprise and government sectors to generate new sales opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute a strategic business development plan aligned with market trends.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with technical and delivery teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12-15 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT or digital transformation space.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts while securing new clients.<\/li>\n<li>Strong network within Saudi Arabia&#8217;s enterprise and public sector.<\/li>\n<li>Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We&#8217;re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for a leading global IT consultancy in Saudi Arabia.
