Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n Providing expert legal counsel and guidance on a diverse range of legal issues<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Collaborating with management to develop and implement a legal strategy that compliments business objectives and ensures compliance with UAE law and internal company policies<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and other legal documents<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Conducting legal research and analysis to support stakeholder decision-making and the identification and mitigation of potential risks\/liabilities<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Managing litigation matters, including disputes and legal claims<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Engagement with colleagues from all areas of the business (both customer-facing and support) and external stakeholders, including representing Tahaluf in front of governmental authorities, regulatory bodies and industry associations<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Working with Group Compliance, Data Privacy and others functions on compliance, privacy and other governance\/internal audit matters, covering issues such as anti-bribery and corruption, health and safety and trade sanctions<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Liaising with external legal counsel to obtain specialist legal advice and support as required<\/p>\n Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Salt are pleased to present this exciting opportunity with a rapidly expanding business in the UAE.
