Your role will be to understand and modernize their legacy applications by migrating them to ServiceNow platform.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gain a deep understanding of client needs<\/li>\n<li>Requirement Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive requirement documents, including functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, and user stories within Agile framework. Ensure that requirements are detailed, well-structured, and traceable<\/li>\n<li>Analysis: Develop System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design. Analyze data and gather insights to support data-driven decision-making and recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Technical Liaison: Work with a team of senior technical leaders to deliver solutions for clients. Bridge gap between our client&#8217;s business requirements and the development team&#8217;s technical requirements<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Communication: Ensure effective communication and understanding of project goals between clients and technical teams. Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance and testing activities to ensure that the product meets the specified requirements<\/li>\n<li>Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and issues related to project scope, timeline, and resources. Develop mitigation plans to address these challenges<\/li>\n<li>Project Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and status updates, to keep stakeholders informed<\/li>\n<li>Client Training: Support users through training, as well as provide one-on-one technical assistance to ensure successful product implementation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience within IT sector. ServiceNow experience is a major +<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on product development and professional service contracts<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer service focus, project planning, and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the development of standard documentation &#8211; requirements specifications, use cases, design specifications, test plans and test scripts and other supporting system documentation<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively in a team environment and to coordinate amongst diverse program stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Experience with testing software, tracking issues, and working with developers to ensure that requirements are being met<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate effective meetings and workshops<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Arabic speaking a must* The Senior Business Analyst will work on a wide variety of different programs to support diverse customer projects in our Enterprise and Telecom Business units.
