In this role you will be driving revenue growth through business development and consultative sales techniques.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This role is perfect for a motivated sales professional who excels in a target-driven environment and is eager to transition into a leadership position within <strong>two years.<\/strong> The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, take initiative in lead generation, and be confident in engaging with C-suite executives through a consultative sales approach.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute new business sales strategies to grow delegate revenue.<\/li>\n<li>Engage in high-value consultative conversations with clients, leveraging past event successes and industry insights.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation efforts and integrate insights into sales strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Coach and mentor existing sales team members, introducing structured reporting, KPI tracking, and performance improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Drive proactive lead generation from event attendee databases and warm leads, beyond just inbound inquiries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Industry knowledge is not essential for this role, the ability to learn quickly and adapt is important!<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in consultative sales, preferably in delegate sales or high-value B2B sales.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in hunting for new business and not relying on repeat clients or transactional sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am currently partnered with a global exhibitions company who is looking for a Delegate Sales Executive.
