This role is perfect for an experienced Arabic-speaking sales professional with a background in exhibitions or construction-related sales, looking to make a commercial impact across high-profile industry events.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of revenue generation through exhibition space, sponsorships, and branding opportunities across flagship construction events. This is a client-facing role requiring strong commercial skills, relationship building, and an ability to drive revenue growth through strategic account management and business development.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages, achieving and exceeding revenue targets.<\/li>\n<li>Manage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Support and collaborate with international sales agents to maximise sales coverage.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor competitor activity and conduct regular market research to generate new leads.<\/li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with associations and partners to enhance event credibility.<\/li>\n<li>Provide detailed weekly reporting and sales forecasts to the Event Director.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the marketing and accounts teams to support campaign delivery and payment collections.<\/li>\n<li>Attend exhibitions and industry events to meet clients and identify commercial opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-4 years of experience in B2B sales and account management, ideally in exhibitions or events.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in the construction sector or selling construction-related products is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Arabic-speaking is essential.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of the Middle East market, with existing industry connections preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills across phone, email, and face-to-face channels.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, motivated, and target-driven with the ability to manage a sales pipeline.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative and adaptable with a team-first mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s on Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive base salary with uncapped commission.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to work on market-leading B2B events backed by a global exhibitions group.<\/li>\n<li>Clear progression pathway within a high-performance sales team.<\/li>\n<li>A dynamic, fast-paced environment with international exposure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Process<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Click &#8220;Apply&#8221; to submit your application.
