This role will shape the technology roadmap, establish architecture practices, and lead innovation across the organization. You&#8217;ll partner with senior leadership to define future-state capabilities and guide the execution of digital transformation initiatives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and lead the enterprise technology transformation roadmap<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the enterprise architecture function, spanning business, application, data, and technology domains<\/li>\n<li>Partner with business leaders to shape technology-enabled business models and capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Drive adoption of innovative technologies, including AI, and lead Centers of Excellence<\/li>\n<li>Build and manage a high-performing team of architects and strategists<\/li>\n<li>Champion the enterprise architecture practice across the organization<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic insight on emerging tech trends and their business implications<\/li>\n<li>Promote alignment between technology and business strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15+ years&#8217; experience in IT leadership, transformation, and enterprise architecture<\/li>\n<li>Track record of delivering large-scale digital change in complex environments<\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of modern architecture practices, frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman), and digital platforms (SaaS, APIs, microservices, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience in innovation management and emerging technologies (e.g., Gen-AI)<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s in Technology, Engineering, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Certifications in Enterprise Architecture and Project\/Program Management preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Role: We&#8217;re looking for a strategic technology leader to drive enterprise-wide transformation and lead the architecture function across a complex, fast-paced environment.
