The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced functional SME in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Customer Service and Billing (CC&amp;B) solutions for utility clients. This role requires deep Utility domain expertise and leadership skills.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6 Month Extendable Contract<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8+ years of experience in in Oracle CC&amp;B implementation and consulting, digital transformation, go-to-market strategy, and consulting.<\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of Oracle CC&amp;B architecture, functionalities, and configuration.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with utility industry business processes, including meter-to-cash lifecycle.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of leading large-scale CC&amp;B implementations.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in conducting workshops, requirement analysis, and fit-gap analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with configuring CC&amp;B components and writing functional design documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Oracle CC&amp;B: <\/strong>Lead end-to-end Oracle CC&amp;B implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements using CC&amp;B. Provide functional expertise and recommendations for complex billing, customer service, and meter-to-cash processes. Configure CC&amp;B modules including Billing, Payments, Credit &amp; Collections, Rates, and Customer Management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Client engagement leadership: <\/strong>Lead client engagements from initial consultation through to implementation and optimization. Build and maintain strong business relationships with cross-functional colleagues to positively influence the strategic direction of the business.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Innovation and collaboration: <\/strong>Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify opportunities for digital innovation and improvement. Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, customizations, and data migration efforts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Market analysis and insight: <\/strong>Analyse market trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.<\/p>\n<p><strong>High-impact communication: <\/strong>Deliver high-impact presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our digital transformation capabilities and value propositions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project management: <\/strong>Manage projects related to all digital\/business transformation initiatives across groups business verticals that drives organization operational\/marketing efficiency, new tech capability, building &amp; demonstrates continual improvements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Client relationship management: <\/strong>Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on digital transformation initiatives.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Oracle CC&amp;B Specialist role is within the Digital Transformation team for our Consultancy client.
