In this client-facing role, you&#8217;ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and advising on robust infrastructure and security solutions. You&#8217;ll work closely with clients across various industries to understand their needs, deliver tailored solutions, and drive transformation across IT operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage complex IT infrastructure and security projects from planning to execution<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with clients to assess current IT environments and define future-state architecture<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement secure infrastructure solutions, including cloud, storage, networking, and server environments<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic recommendations aligned with industry frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST)<\/li>\n<li>Deliver consulting engagements with a focus on operational excellence and security compliance<\/li>\n<li>Guide clients through best practices in IT operations and security governance<\/li>\n<li>Prepare high-quality documentation, reports, and client deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Support business development by contributing to proposals and client presentations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Experience &amp; Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> Minimum 5+ years in IT infrastructure with strong exposure to IT operations and cybersecurity. Consulting or client-facing project delivery experience is preferred.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical Skills:<\/strong><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of infrastructure components (servers, storage, networking, cloud platforms)<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with IT operations management tools and methodologies (e.g., ITIL, COBIT)<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and tools such as firewalls, IDS\/IPS, and SIEM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li><strong>Soft Skills:<\/strong> Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
