The ideal candidate will be responsible for appropriately evaluating the cost of a project, and evaluating the cost to take on that project.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
They are looking for someone with a solid background in commercial fit-out, who understands the fast-paced nature of the sector and can confidently take tenders from initial enquiry through to final submission.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The successful Estimator will have:<\/p>\n
* Proven experience in commercial fit-out estimating<\/p>\n
* 3 – 5+ years’ experience within the sector<\/p>\n
* A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with design, delivery and commercial teams<\/p>\n
* Excellent attention to detail and understanding of tender processes<\/p>\n
* Strong numerical and communication skills<\/p>\n
