You&#8217;ll take charge of planning, execution, and continuous improvement-ensuring every detail runs on time, on budget, and at the highest standard.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead full operational delivery of a large-scale international exhibition.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee temporary structures and venue logistics, including outdoor and double-story builds.<\/li>\n<li>Manage supplier tendering, procurement, and multi-million-dirham budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure HSE compliance and adherence to venue and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement post-show to enhance efficiency and customer experience.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams across content, sales, marketing, and production.<\/li>\n<li>Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing operations team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6+ years in operations for major exhibitions (30,000+ attendees).<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership across complex, high-pressure builds and event cycles.<\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial and contract management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of health &amp; safety and event compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager.<\/li>\n<li>Resilient, adaptable, and calm under pressure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dubai, UAE (Open to relocators what is key is extensive experience in large-scale event operations (preferably exhibitions with 30,000+ attendees).
