{"id":857393,"date":"2025-05-19T08:50:01","date_gmt":"2025-05-19T07:50:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/mena\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/proposal-associate"},"modified":"2025-05-19T08:50:02","modified_gmt":"2025-05-19T07:50:02","slug":"proposal-associate-857393","status":"publish","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/mena\/jobs\/technology\/project-programme-management\/proposal-associate-857393","title":{"rendered":"Proposal Associate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\ud83d\udccd<\/strong><strong> REMOTE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u23f3<\/strong><strong> 6-month initial contract &#8211; with extensions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udde3\ufe0f<strong> Arabic speakers required<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> I am working with a Big 4 Consultancy who are looking for a <strong>Proposal Senior Associate<\/strong>, you will play a key role in supporting the proposal development lifecycle from <strong>RFP to submission and client presentations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll work closely with their <strong>Proposal Manager<\/strong>, internal stakeholders across <strong>multiple territories<\/strong>, and global teams to execute proposal processes, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality, client-focused proposal documents.<\/p>\n<p> \ud83d\udee0\ufe0f <strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate and support end-to-end proposal activities across strategic consulting opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Delivery Centers, Impact Centers, Finance, and Sourcing to align on content and resource needs.<\/li>\n<li>Create and develop engaging proposal materials and presentation slides under guidance from the Proposal Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct desktop research to identify relevant credentials, subject matter experts, and supporting collateral across the global PwC network.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with submission requirements including bid bonds and formatting.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update the team&#8217;s knowledge management system and proposal content libraries.<\/li>\n<li>Support onboarding and mentoring of junior team members within the proposal team.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to dashboards, leadership reports, and pitch presentations for senior stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\ud83e\udde0 <strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of proposal development processes in a <strong>consulting or professional services environment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing and coordinating <strong>multi-territory proposal responses<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle <strong>multiple priorities and deadlines<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and writing skills with an ability to articulate a <strong>clear, compelling value proposition<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in <strong>MS PowerPoint<\/strong> and document formatting.<\/li>\n<li>A collaborative mindset and ability to work with stakeholders across all levels of seniority.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please apply to be contacted with further information.<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\ud83d\udccd REMOTE \u23f3 6-month initial contract &#8211; with extensions \ud83d\udde3\ufe0f Arabic speakers required I am working with a Big 4 Consultancy who are looking for a Proposal Senior Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the proposal development lifecycle from RFP to submission and client presentations.
