Leading a high-performing BI team, oversee the development of scalable data architectures. Ensuring the successful delivery of dashboards, data models, and insights that support business growth and operational excellence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the BI strategy, architecture, and operations for multiple entities.<\/li>\n<li>Manage a team of BI developers and analysts, driving agile, high-impact delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement scalable data warehouses and semantic models.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee dashboard development using Tableau and\/or Power BI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6+ years in business intelligence, data warehousing, or analytics roles<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master&#8217;s preferred)<\/li>\n<li>3+ years in a leadership capacity managing BI teams<\/li>\n<li>Proven hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of data architecture and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, Databricks)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Role You will be responsible for designing the BI strategy across multiple entities.
