This is a high-impact, sales-driven role focused on winning new business, building C-level relationships, and representing one of the most dynamic energy events in Asia.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and grow key accounts across the Japanese energy landscape<\/li>\n<li>Identify and close high-value sponsorship deals ($30K-$80K range)<\/li>\n<li>Build strategic relationships with senior decision-makers<\/li>\n<li>Represent the event professionally in early-stage outreach and onsite at exhibitions<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with content and marketing teams to craft compelling propositions<\/li>\n<li>Mentor junior team members and support leadership initiatives when needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Native or fluent <strong>Japanese speaker<\/strong>(essential)<\/li>\n<li>Based in <strong>Dubai<\/strong>or <strong>Singapore<\/strong> preferred &#8211; Japan-based remote options possible<\/li>\n<li>Proven success in <strong>B2B event sponsorship<\/strong>or <strong>adjacent sectors<\/strong> (media, advertising, comms, hospitality)<\/li>\n<li>Track record in <strong>new business development<\/strong>in competitive or underdeveloped markets<\/li>\n<li>Energy sector knowledge (traditional or renewables) is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Consistent record of <strong>closing high-value deals<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Ability to self-source leads and navigate complex sales cycles<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable pitching at senior levels (director and C-suite)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Location: Dubai (preferred) or Singapore | Remote in Japan considered Ready to lead energy-sector growth in Japan&#8217;s B2B events space?
