Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Strategic Execution & Leadership Support<\/p>\n
– Act as a thought partner to the Head of Media & Communication, helping translate strategic priorities into actionable plans<\/p>\n
– Monitor progress of transformation projects and ensure timely execution of key deliverables<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Business Planning & Operational Oversight<\/p>\n
– Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between media subsidiaries and central teams<\/p>\n
– Identify performance gaps and improvement areas; propose and follow through on initiatives to optimize operations<\/p>\n
– Support budget planning, KPI tracking, and performance reporting<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Growth & Investment Support<\/p>\n
– Conduct market research and opportunity assessments for new business ventures (organic and inorganic)<\/p>\n
– Assist in preparing investment memos, financial models, and business cases<\/p>\n
– Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for deal evaluation and execution<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Innovation & AI Enablement<\/p>\n
– Collaborate with internal innovation teams to pilot AI or tech-led initiatives across subsidiaries<\/p>\n
– Track trends, vendors, and internal experiments to accelerate innovation adoption<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Communication & Reporting<\/p>\n
– Prepare high-quality presentations, board materials, and strategic communications<\/p>\n
– Serve as a liaison between the media vertical and supporting business functions (e.g., Strategy, Finance, Transformation)<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
– 5-8 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or media\/advertising\/tech environments<\/p>\n
– Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations<\/p>\n
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills<\/p>\n
– High ownership mindset, with ability to work independently and under pressure<\/p>\n
– Understanding of the media or advertising landscape is a strong plus<\/p>\n
