As we scale, we&#8217;re looking for a <strong>hands-on Digital Marketing Executive<\/strong> to supercharge our lead generation efforts through strategic paid campaigns and close alignment with our business development team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As our <strong>Digital Marketing Executive<\/strong>, your primary focus will be <strong>lead generation<\/strong> through high-performing digital campaigns. You&#8217;ll be directly managing and optimizing paid channels, particularly <strong>LinkedIn and Google Ads<\/strong>, and will work closely with the Business Development team to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified leads.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, execute, and optimize <strong>PPC and paid social campaigns<\/strong>, with a focus on <strong>LinkedIn and Google Ads<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Build and manage all campaigns <strong>in-house<\/strong> &#8211; from strategy and setup to reporting and optimization<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report on <strong>Cost Per Lead (CPL)<\/strong> and campaign performance metrics<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with the <strong>Business Development<\/strong> team to deliver and nurture high-quality leads<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market and keyword research to identify new growth opportunities<\/li>\n<li>(Optional but beneficial) Support SEO efforts to complement paid activity<\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the company&#8217;s goals and customer pain points<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in <strong>digital marketing for a cybersecurity or managed IT services company<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong track record of successful <strong>lead generation campaigns<\/strong> using Google Ads and LinkedIn<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of <strong>PPC performance metrics<\/strong>, especially CPL<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on approach with the ability to <strong>build and manage campaigns independently<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience working with <strong>sales or business development<\/strong> teams to pass and track leads<\/li>\n<li>Highly analytical, with attention to detail and performance optimization<\/li>\n<li>SEO knowledge is a plus, but not essential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Industry: Cybersecurity \/ Managed IT Services About Us We are a growing cybersecurity services company committed to helping businesses stay secure in an ever-evolving digital world.
