You&#8217;ll lead the project team on the ground, monitoring and evaluating team performance, and actively developing team members by providing regular feedback and coaching.<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;ll lead and manage technology consulting engagements for financial services clients including solution design &amp; implementation ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions.<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;ll lead cross-functional teams of consultants, architects, and analysts, fostering collaboration and ensuring the delivery of innovative and effective technology solutions.<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;ll build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and key Technology decision-makers to deeply understand their IT transformation needs, challenges, and strategic priorities.<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;ll develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans for financial services clients, ensuring.<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;ll demonstrate problem-solving and drive a structured approach to identifying and solving complex technology problems, leveraging industry best practices and methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>You will strive to build client capabilities through continuous, on-the-job coaching to ensure sustained impact beyond the end of the project. <\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;ll act as a subject matter expert in your chosen service line, combining broad experience with strong problem-solving abilities to derive business insights and solid recommendations for clients.<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;ll strengthen the firm&#8217;s knowledge base by codifying learnings from projects, and coaching less tenured colleagues.<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;ll contribute to the growth of Delivery Assurance externally by preparing business proposals for potential clients; and internally by supporting organizational activities such as recruiting, performance evaluations and trainings. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Growth:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will be based in one of our Middle East offices.<\/li>\n<li>Our core mission is to help organizations across the private sector implement transformations and build organizational and employee capabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your qualifications and skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8+ years of private sector experience, with a clear record of achievements and proven drive for personal growth; international experience is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in technology and digital advisory and implementation, with the ability to drive one or more core technology offerings: IT transformation and modernization, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, data transformation<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in Financial Services in at least one of the following areas: banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, public finance<\/li>\n<li>Experience in transforming and implementing strategic initiatives within organizations, including experience with process re-engineering, technology adoption, and cultural change management.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated track record in one or more of the following key service offerings: organizational development (including org. design\/set up, talent management, etc.), transformational delivery (driving large transformational programs), and productivity and performance improvement<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of 1 or more technology concepts from core banking services, DevOps, Cloud infrastructure (Microsoft\/AWS\/Google platform, Kubernetes, IaaS, PaaS etc), Microservices architecture principles, Big data management (data lakehouse, data fabric, data mesh, spark, Hadoop or similar), machine learning and AI; architecture and infrastructure concepts, frameworks, and best practices<\/li>\n<li>Proven history of leading a minimum of 3-5 technology\/digital\/data implementation programs for clients in financial services<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of technology\/digital transformations within financial services, enabling the creation of value-driven technology strategies<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to define and implement digital and technology strategy that aligns with clients&#8217; strategic goals and drives digital innovation <\/li>\n<li>Ability to successfully manage complex programs or multiple projects, or medium to large department\/business unity with P&amp;L responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Blend of industry and consulting experience is ideal<\/li>\n<li>Superior problem solving and relationship building skills, including a demonstrated high level of client service commitment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people across all levels of an organization<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams<\/li>\n<li>Undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, and math or a related field, with an outstanding academic record;
