This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely execution of IT purchasing, renewals, audits, and governance deliverables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Procurement Operations:<\/strong><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Create, maintain, and report on IT purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and procurement-related tasks in and outside of the ERP system.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with IT, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure timely processing of purchase requests and invoice payments.<\/li>\n<li>Track and manage IT OPEX renewals, ensuring all renewals and related agreements are completed on time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li><strong>Governance &amp; Reporting:<\/strong><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitate internal reporting by collecting data, preparing dashboards and presentations, and ensuring agendas and content are ready for regular meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Track governance indicators, follow up on open actions, and prepare materials for governance meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update audit trackers, follow up on open findings, and support closure efforts for internal and external audits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li><strong>Stakeholder Communication &amp; Delivery Management:<\/strong><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are aligned and met according to expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Support implementation of communication plans and provide regular updates to stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong working relationships across stakeholder groups to drive alignment and successful execution of initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years&#8217; experience in IT procurement, operations, or governance roles.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ERP systems and procurement platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of IT governance and audit practices is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Governance &amp; Procurement Operations Specialist to support and manage IT procurement activities, operational tasks, governance tracking, and reporting both within and outside the ERP system.
