You will work closely with security, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams to define IAM strategy, architect technical solutions, and ensure strong access governance throughout the organization.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement end-to-end IAM solutions, including identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, privileged access management (PAM), and federation.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and enforce IAM architecture standards, policies, and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications, cloud platforms (AWS\/Azure\/GCP), and on-prem infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct technical evaluations of IAM tools and lead POCs and deployments.<\/li>\n<li>Define role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and least-privilege models.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with security, GRC, HR, and IT teams to align IAM processes with business and compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Manage federated identity solutions (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and multi-factor authentication (MFA).<\/li>\n<li>Perform risk assessments and ensure IAM components comply with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IAM engineers and analysts.<\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date on the latest trends and emerging technologies in identity and access management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>7+ years of experience in identity and access management, with at least 3 years in an IAM architecture role.<\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of IAM frameworks<\/li>\n<li>Experience with cloud IAM in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and integrating IAM in CI\/CD pipelines.<\/li>\n<li>Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant certifications preferred: CISSP, CIAM, Azure Identity Architect, CyberArk Defender, or similar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled IAM Architect to design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure identity and access management solutions across our enterprise.
