This position plays a vital role in enabling agile practices, removing blockers, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. <\/p>\n<p>As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams to facilitate agile ceremonies, drive sprint effectiveness, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement<\/li>\n<li>Monitor team performance using agile metrics such as velocity and burn-down charts<\/li>\n<li>Support the Product Owner with backlog grooming and prioritisation<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a servant-leader, helping the team deliver valuable outcomes while encouraging accountability and autonomy<\/li>\n<li>Identify and remove obstacles to delivery, escalating issues when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Promote strong communication and alignment across squads and wider teams (e.g., Architecture, DevOps, QA)<\/li>\n<li>Advocate for Agile, Lean, and SAFe principles, tailoring coaching to suit team maturity<\/li>\n<li>Ensure best-practice use of agile delivery tools and documentation standards<\/li>\n<li>Maintain visibility of delivery progress through consistent reporting and dashboards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of 5 years&#8217; experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a digital or software delivery environment<\/li>\n<li>A bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline<\/li>\n<li>Professional certification in Scrum (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster &#8211; CSM or SAFe Scrum Master &#8211; SSM)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in digital product delivery, agile transformation, and user story creation and estimation<\/li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies, with a practical understanding of team dynamics and agile tooling<\/li>\n<li>Competency with platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in facilitating and engaging diverse teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive Scrum Master to support digital product teams focused on web and mobile delivery.
