This position requires working closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless implementation aligned with business objectives.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Customer Onboarding &amp; Implementation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and structured transition from contract to full platform usage.<\/li>\n<li>Tailor implementation plans based on client goals and use cases.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver product demos, training sessions, and workshops to promote effective adoption.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical and functional support throughout the implementation lifecycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Integration &amp; Technical Delivery:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate and support API integration with client systems, ensuring secure and accurate data exchange.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with client-side technical teams to configure platform features and connections.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot integration issues and maintain a library of technical documentation, FAQs, and implementation guides.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Project Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage delivery timelines, milestones, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor risks and dependencies, escalating where necessary to avoid delivery delays.<\/li>\n<li>Track and report on KPIs related to onboarding success, client satisfaction, and platform adoption.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Stakeholder Communication:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary contact for clients during onboarding and implementation phases.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Support, Customer Success) to ensure coordinated delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Collect and communicate client feedback and product improvement suggestions to internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in product delivery, technical project management, or implementation within a SaaS or cloud-based environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of enterprise system integration and cloud architecture.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are seeking an experienced Product Delivery Manager to oversee the onboarding, integration, and implementation of a cloud-based enterprise platform.
