In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of large corporate clients, driving business growth, and delivering tailored banking solutions. Your expertise will help the bank strengthen its client base and achieve strategic objectives.<\/p>\n<p>You will work closely with internal stakeholders to structure credit facilities, mitigate risk, and ensure exceptional client service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients in alignment with the bank&#8217;s business strategy for both assets and liabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Identify new business opportunities, originate transactions, and lead negotiations to close deals efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Structure customized financial solutions in coordination with product, credit, and risk teams.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct credit analysis, prepare and present proposals to internal committees, and oversee documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML and KYC policies.<\/li>\n<li>Develop account plans, drive cross-selling initiatives, and monitor client satisfaction to deepen relationships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of banking experience in the UAE, preferably in the corporate or commercial banking sector.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of credit structuring, transactional banking, and financial risk management.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Professional certifications (CFA, ACCA, etc.) are advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and banking platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing team within a dynamic and forward-thinking bank.
