You&#8217;ll work closely with clients across sectors to deliver actionable insights and transformative solutions, helping align internal processes with business goals and customer expectations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and support projects in organizational transformation, process improvement, HR diagnostics, and CX strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct organizational assessments, analyzing org structures, roles, and spans of control.<\/li>\n<li>Perform process mapping and workflow analysis, identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Review and benchmark KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring consistency across departments.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze Voice of Customer (VoC) data through surveys and interviews to shape CX strategy and identify service delivery gaps.<\/li>\n<li>Translate data and qualitative feedback into clear, structured recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Engage with cross-functional stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and presentations to build credibility and drive buy-in.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare clear and compelling reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A strong mix of strategic thinking, analytical ability, and hands-on consulting experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in organizational design, process improvement, and customer experience frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills-comfortable working with all levels of an organization.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work independently and collaboratively, delivering high-quality outputs under tight timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with customer journey mapping, VoC tools, or performance management frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Prior work in consulting firms or on large-scale transformation projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please apply to be contacted with further information.<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>6-month initial contract &#8211; with extensions Location: Ras al Khaimah I am looking for an Organizational Transformation &amp; Customer Experience (CX) Consultant to join my client in Ras al Khaimah.
