This role will suit a dynamic professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can confidently lead cross-functional teams while driving complex projects from initiation through to delivery.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Relationship Management:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment, trust, and transparency at every stage.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Project Planning &amp; Execution:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, defining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely and quality execution.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Coordination:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lead, coordinate, and motivate cross-functional project teams. Ensure clear task allocation, resource planning, and collaboration.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Requirements &amp; Scope Management:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Collaborate with business units to gather, analyse, and prioritize requirements. Manage scope changes through a structured change control process.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Risk &amp; Issue Management:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, ensuring minimal impact on project delivery.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Governance &amp; Reporting:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Establish project governance structures and report project status, KPIs, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders regularly.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Change Management &amp; Communication:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Drive change management strategies, ensuring impacted teams are engaged and well-informed throughout the project lifecycle.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tooling &amp; Collaboration:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Utilize project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Confluence, etc) to track progress, share updates, and collaborate effectively.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Professionalism &amp; Ownership:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Demonstrate a high level of ownership, accountability, and professionalism in all aspects of project delivery and stakeholder engagement.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of <strong>5-8 years<\/strong> of project management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments<\/li>\n<li>Proven success delivering <strong>end-to-end projects<\/strong> within scope, time, and budget<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience in <strong>enterprise environments<\/strong> or <strong>digital transformation initiatives<\/strong> is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Certifications such as <strong>PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile\/Scrum<\/strong> are preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Only UAE based candidates are being considered for this role.
