With a strong presence in key markets and a commitment to product excellence, they are expanding their footprint across the Middle East.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced and results-driven <strong>Enterprise Sales Manager<\/strong> to lead new business growth within the banking sector across the Middle East. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle &#8211; from identifying opportunities to closing strategic deals &#8211; with a focus on Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy focused on acquiring new clients within the banking sector in the Middle East<\/li>\n<li>Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market intelligence<\/li>\n<li>Own the end-to-end sales process &#8211; lead generation, presentations, RFPs, negotiation, and deal closure<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers in regional banks<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Product, Marketing) to align solutions with client needs<\/li>\n<li>Provide regular forecasting, reporting, and insight to the regional leadership team<\/li>\n<li>Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technology in banking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally within banking software, financial technology, or IT services<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of the Middle East banking sector and established relationships in the region<\/li>\n<li>Proven success in closing complex B2B deals and exceeding sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Based in the UAE or open to relocating (Middle East experience required)<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is a fast-growing, innovative software vendor serving the global financial services industry.
