This is a senior-level position responsible for driving enterprise-scale programs across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while overseeing delivery across cross-functional teams.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional programs from inception through completion, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee a portfolio of initiatives spanning multiple departments or business lines.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a central point of accountability for planning, resource allocation, communications, risk and issue management.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver detailed reporting and program updates to stakeholders, executives, and project sponsors.<\/li>\n<li>Build and inspire high-performing project teams, while providing coaching and day-to-day support.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and implement best practices in project and program delivery across the organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.<\/li>\n<li>Support process improvement initiatives and lead the adoption of delivery standards, frameworks, and tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience managing complex programs in a technology environment; SaaS or cloud delivery preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of program lifecycle management and enterprise IT environments.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to drive multi-project portfolios with competing priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Professional certifications such as PgMP, PMP, or Agile are highly desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ServiceNow implementations is a strong plus.<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and executive communication.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, particularly for financial tracking and executive-level presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to coach and mentor junior project managers as a team lead.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are supporting a global technology consultancy who delivers enterprise-level digital transformations to a diverse international client base.
