You&#8217;ll shape and own the growth engine, designing acquisition strategies, experimenting across lifecycle stages, and influencing product direction alongside the leadership team.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll have the autonomy to test new channels, rethink onboarding, expand service offerings, and embed AI into customer-facing journeys. This role offers a unique mix of strategy, execution, and cross-functional leadership.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Lead:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Growth Strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and evolve the company&#8217;s end-to-end growth strategy<\/li>\n<li>Define ideal customer profiles, test new segments, and shape positioning<\/li>\n<li>Build a feedback loop: gather insights across the funnel to drive strategic decisions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Acquisition &amp; Funnel Optimisation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop scalable acquisition approaches beyond traditional paid and outbound<\/li>\n<li>Map and optimise the full funnel-from awareness to monetisation<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate efforts across product, commercial, design, and ops teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experimentation &amp; Execution<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prioritise and launch growth experiments at speed<\/li>\n<li>Partner with design and engineering to test, measure, and iterate quickly<\/li>\n<li>Manage a structured backlog with clear prioritisation logic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Product &amp; AI Innovation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify where AI or automation can elevate the user experience<\/li>\n<li>Influence product development to unlock new growth levers<\/li>\n<li>Help expand the platform&#8217;s value through adjacent services or insights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Measurement &amp; Scale<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define success metrics and build the reporting infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Track performance across lifecycle touchpoints (activation, retention, NRR)<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to how the growth function scales-people, tools, and processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8+ years in growth, lifecycle, or product marketing roles, ideally in B2B tech, Logistics, SaaS, or e-commerce services<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience driving real impact through experiments or funnel optimisation<\/li>\n<li>Confident working with data tools (e.g. GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL)<\/li>\n<li>Strong communicator with a bias for action and a test-and-learn mindset<\/li>\n<li>Equally comfortable shaping strategy and rolling up your sleeves<\/li>\n<li>Curious, collaborative, and unafraid to challenge the status<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Industry: Tech-enabled Services \/ SaaS \/ E-commerce Enablement A scaling technology company enabling online businesses to grow through a unified digital platform.
