Core Banking (Temenos) Architecture<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the technical solutioning of Temenos Transact implementations (TAFJ\/TAFC, Design Studio, AA, APIs).<\/li>\n<li>Define and validate design for Temenos modules (Customer, Accounts, Lending, Deposits, GL, AA).<\/li>\n<li>Ensure optimal use of Temenos Integration Framework (TIF), API Gateway, and Data Framework.<\/li>\n<li>Provide architectural guidance on Temenos configuration, customizations, extensions, and upgrades.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Temenos deployments align with bank-wide architecture strategy (e.g., cloud, containers, security).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Technical Leadership &amp; Oversight<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead architecture reviews, design walkthroughs, and technical deep dives with vendors and client teams.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee architecture documentation, integration specifications, and platform infrastructure plans.<\/li>\n<li>Manage dependencies across systems &#8211; including digital channels, CRM, payments, AML, GL, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Guide teams on performance tuning, failover, disaster recovery, and data integrity architecture.<\/li>\n<li>Support DevSecOps alignment and automation strategy for core banking and surrounding systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><br \/><strong>Must-Have<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12+ years of experience in banking technology, with at least 5 years as a core banking architect.<\/li>\n<li>Deep hands-on experience in Temenos platforms &#8211; especially Transact, Design Studio, Integration Framework, APIs.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of modern banking architecture principles: cloud-native, microservices, containers, APIs, and event-driven design.<\/li>\n<li>Track record of leading architecture design and governance for large-scale banking programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exposure to other core banking platforms is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Temenos AA, TDS, and reporting frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with regulatory and security requirements in banking (e.g., data residency, PCI-DSS).<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the Middle East or other regulated banking markets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Soft Skills<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and system thinking capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work across architecture, engineering, infrastructure, and business teams.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Core Banking Architect to lead architecture strategy, solution design, and technical governance for large-scale banking transformation programs.Key Responsibilities 1.
