This is a unique opportunity to work across multidisciplinary teams, influence key business decisions, and shape the future of digital innovation.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute winning strategies tailored to each opportunity by analyzing client requirements, identifying differentiators, and assessing the competitive landscape.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the full bid process from qualification to submission and contract negotiation, ensuring compliance with internal and client-specific guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Build strong working relationships across teams and departments, fostering a collaborative approach to bid delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a point of contact for clients during the bid process, managing bid-related platforms and tools (e.g., Etimad, SAP Ariba).<\/li>\n<li>Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and enhance proposal impact.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze outcomes to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and apply learnings to future bids.<\/li>\n<li>Help evolve our bid management processes and tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years&#8217; experience in bid management, proposal writing, or a related role-ideally within cloud technology or digital transformation sectors.<\/li>\n<li>Strong grasp of the sales lifecycle and proposal processes.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple bids under tight deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working independently and within a team environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In this role, you&#8217;ll be at the heart of business growth, driving the development of persuasive, high-quality proposals that clearly communicate our value and meet the evolving needs of the business&#8217;s clients.
