As Marketing Manager, you will help ensure the right audiences are aware of our platform-from institutional investors to retail users, fintech founders, and Shariah-compliant family offices.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll execute high-impact marketing programs that drive <strong>awareness, engagement, and conversion<\/strong> across channels. If you&#8217;re part strategist, part creator, and fully execution-focused, this is your next challenge.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Campaigns and Growth Marketing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and run performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social, email, and display.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate SEO, SEM, and marketing automation strategies to drive qualified leads and acquisition.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for CAC, ROI, and LTV.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Content and Communications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with product and compliance teams to shape user education, product messaging, and thought leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Manage content calendars, blogs, social posts, and client-facing materials.<\/li>\n<li>Support internal teams with pitch decks, branded assets, and event collateral.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Community and Digital Presence<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grow the social media footprint across channels such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Telegram.<\/li>\n<li>Manage influencer and KOL outreach programs aligned with brand tone and compliance standards.<\/li>\n<li>Support PR, events, and co-marketing initiatives with partners and clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Collaboration and Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the Head of Marketing to align execution with strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with sales, product, and design teams to deliver on go-to-market initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Own marketing dashboards, campaign reports, and performance insights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in crypto, fintech, or regulated financial services.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of digital tools: Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing B2B or B2C marketing campaigns with measurable success.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable navigating compliance-sensitive environments with attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Data-driven, curious, and collaborative by nature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Role This isn&#8217;t just about clicks and campaigns-this is mission-driven marketing.
