You&#8217;ll help shape campaigns that feel native to platforms, authentic to audiences, and exciting to the creators who bring them to life.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll work across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and beyond turning insights into fresh, platform-first creative concepts. You&#8217;ll be hands-on in writing, building, and shaping pitch decks and live campaign proposals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scope:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop high-impact influencer\/creator pitches and campaign ideas that launched on social.<\/li>\n<li>Developed clear, platform-native creative concepts based on insights and audience behavior.<\/li>\n<li>Worked across multiple client briefs, managing your timelines and deliverables independently.<\/li>\n<li>Gained confidence in presenting your ideas and writing creative treatments that inspire teams and clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interpret client briefs and audience insight to develop original creative concepts for influencers campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Write and build clear, engaging creative decks and proposals for both pitches and live campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Turn ATL platforms or brand narratives into authentic, creator-first executions that live natively on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you will need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-4 years&#8217; experience in a creative, strategy, or content role ideally at a social, influencer, or digital agency.<\/li>\n<li>A strong grasp of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and the role creators play in building meaningful brand experiences.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, with experience crafting and presenting ideas clearly.<\/li>\n<li>Creative instincts grounded in audience insight, cultural awareness, and platform-specific behaviors.<\/li>\n<li>Strong project management and time-keeping ability &#8211; able to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>A self-starter mindset &#8211; you don&#8217;t wait to be told what to do, and you&#8217;re not afraid to step in and own your work.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with creative campaign tools (Google Slides, campaign calculators, etc.) and the willingness to keep learning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We looking for a Creative Strategist who&#8217;s fluent in social, obsessed with creators, and energised by cultural trends.
