This senior role is accountable for setting the vision and defining the <strong>Identity Governance &amp; Administration (IGA) strategy<\/strong>, ensuring it supports security, compliance, and business growth. The Senior Architect will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, guiding IAM transformation programs, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring delivery of scalable, resilient, and secure identity solutions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Define and own the IGA strategy<\/strong> &#8211; aligning identity governance with business, risk, and compliance objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the <strong>enterprise authority on IAM architecture<\/strong>, ensuring designs meet scalability, regulatory, and security requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Architect and oversee <strong>end-to-end SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations<\/strong>, including provisioning, certification, role modeling, and integration with HR, ERP, Cloud, and critical enterprise platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Provide <strong>strategic roadmaps<\/strong> for IAM and IGA initiatives, supporting digital transformation, Zero Trust, and cloud adoption.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with senior leadership, risk, and compliance teams to influence IAM-related policies, standards, and frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and mentor IAM engineering teams, setting technical direction and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct architecture reviews, maturity assessments, and performance tuning for IAM platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Manage external vendors\/partners to ensure high-quality delivery and alignment with strategic objectives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in <strong>IAM architecture<\/strong> roles.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in <strong>SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture and delivery<\/strong> at enterprise scale.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in IAM domains: user lifecycle management, RBAC, ABAC, SoD, privileged access, SSO, federation, and MFA.<\/li>\n<li>Experience defining and executing enterprise-level <strong>IGA strategies<\/strong> (policies, governance frameworks, automation, reporting).<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX, NIST, PCI DSS, HIPAA, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of <strong>cloud IAM<\/strong> and integration with Azure AD, AWS IAM, and GCP.<\/li>\n<li>Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Role Overview: The Senior IAM Architect will lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
