We’re looking for a natural people person to join our client’s Customer Success team. Our client is an established SAAS business, connecting both the communication & media professionals. They’re now on the hunt for a process driven and structured Client Manager who brings a ton of passion in building strong client relationships.

Who we’re looking for:
· You bring with you 4-5 years’ experience within customer success or client management, ideally from a SAAS or PR environment
· You’re accustomed to managing high volume of clients, from on-boarding, day-to-day troubleshooting to monthly coffee check-ins
· You work best with processes and structure
· You enjoy working as a solo contributor, with a ton of autonomy
