We are looking for a skilled Devops Engineer – Business Process Integration<\/strong> to join our client within the renewable energy and has been a pioneer for the last few decades worldwide. You will work with various business units, leveraging your technical expertise as a key point of contact for clients.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Provide expert support for internal and external partners, addressing complex IT application and process issues.<\/li>\n
• Deliver business support and training on processes, tools, and reports as needed.<\/li>\n
• Offer guidance and structure for day-to-day operational support, ensuring external support teams have the necessary resources to resolve issues effectively.<\/li>\n
• Analyze and resolve user\/system-generated tickets beyond the scope of external teams, including implementing solutions and training affected users.<\/li>\n
• Take end-to-end responsibility for adopting new requirements and technologies in a global virtual team environment.<\/li>\n
• Consult and support IT process analysis, solution design, and optimization of business processes.<\/li>\n
• Navigate middleware platforms (e.g., SAP PO, CPI) and conduct technical implementation of B2B integrations.<\/li>\n
• Support strategic planning and realization efforts.<\/li>\n
• Provide technical expertise in standard connectivity message structures (e.g., iDocs, XML, EDIFACT, VDA, JSON).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Strong EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) <\/strong>and business process knowledge, especially in order-to-cash<\/em> and procure-to-pay<\/em>.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Experience in operations and troubleshooting connected systems, with expertise in ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.<\/li>\n
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices<\/strong>, change management, and problem management.<\/li>\n
  • Understanding of L1, L2, L3 support concerns <\/strong>and service delivery processes.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to handle operational tasks rather than project-based consulting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
