If you&#8217;re passionate about optimizing CRM platforms, integrating third-party tools, and driving impactful system improvements, this is the opportunity for you! \ud83d\ude80<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>As a <strong>Salesforce Administrator<\/strong>, you&#8217;ll be the backbone of the Salesforce ecosystem, responsible for development, maintenance, and seamless integrations. Your expertise will enhance user experiences and optimize the platform to support marketing and recruitment operations.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>Own and optimize the entire Salesforce platform<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li>Manage security settings (roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows)<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Salesforce infrastructure<\/strong><\/em> &#8211; work closely with Marketing and Recruitment management <strong>to improve user experience<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Integrate third-party tools (email automation, Zapier, website tools)<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li>Build custom reports to track how marketing and recruitment campaigns impact revenue<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Support custom development and implementation of Salesforce features<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li>Provide training and support, ensuring Salesforce users follow <em><strong>CRM<\/strong><\/em> best practices<\/li>\n<li>Ensure data integrity, including database cleansing and duplicate management<\/li>\n<li>Identify and propose new solutions to boost marketing and recruitment efforts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>3+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li>In-depth<em><strong> knowledge of Salesforce &amp; CRM<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Salesforce Administrator certification<\/strong><\/em> (Sales Cloud Consultant, or SF Developer a plus!)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with <em><strong>Apex, S-Controls, custom code development, and system integrations<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reach out to me, Cheyenne at +6012 735 6801, share your latest resume to me at cjackson@welovesalt.com for a conversation!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At Salt, our mission is Creating Futures by putting our clients, candidates, partners, and team members at the heart of everything we do.
