We are looking for a highly skilled Application Support Analyst II to join their team, who will be responsible for managing escalations from the helpdesk center. This role involves advanced troubleshooting, focusing on SQL, mainly on POS systems. You will be working in a hybrid model, with the majority of the role remote, but also expected to be on-call on a rotational basis.
