They have always redefined possibilities and delivered results that exceed expectations.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Benefits to you:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The opportunity to work with an employee centric organization<\/li>\n<li>Continuous learning opportunities &#8211; internal and external trainings<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid work environment<\/li>\n<li>Company wide wellness day off once a month<\/li>\n<li>The chance to work with an award-winning integrated agency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>What your role would look like:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong style=\"color: #0f9ed5;\">Campaign Management:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You are responsible to oversee end to end execution of all integrated media campaigns &#8211; set up, tracking, optimising &amp; reporting<\/li>\n<li>You must love numbers &#8211; prepare in depth campaign reports and analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>You will be also optimizing campaigns for performance metrics like CPA, CPL and reach<\/li>\n<li>Manage performance buys across Meta &amp; Google<\/li>\n<li>Running analysis on campaign performance against forecasts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong style=\"color: #0f9ed5;\">Internal Management:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage timelines with the team to ensure delivery of campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Keep the planning team up to date on new packages, competitive alerts, new media opportunities and follow through on campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Take ownership of brands and tasks assigned and be proactive in following up and keeping all parties up to date<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to be involved in campaign planning &amp; some level of client servicing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>To succeed in this role, you should have:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of 2 years of performance marketing with solid experience in setting up performance campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in developing and executing successful media strategies<\/li>\n<li>Certification in digital marketing (META and Google) would be a plus<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns for integrated marketing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you&#8217;re ready to unleash your creativity, drive innovation, and be part of a team that thrives on pushing boundaries, then this is the place for you!
