Their Asia operations holds one of their biggest portfolio of businesses with multi-channel distribution capabilities. In Kuala Lumpur, they house their Asia shared services operations and moving towards centralization of their IT security operations capabilities for the region.<\/p>\n<p>As part of their expansion plans, they are looking to hire a Group Government Relations Coordinator for one of their teams. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in working closely with the HOD and provide administrative services for the team.<\/p>\n<h2>Your role will cover:<\/h2>\n<h3>Administrative &amp; Stakeholder Management<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Organising meetings, agenda&#8217;s and taking meeting minutes<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with the Head to ensure that timelines requiring attention is met<\/li>\n<li>Manage stakeholder information and provide updates on on-going projects<\/li>\n<li>Assist in getting input and information to create annual project budgets and monitor project expenditures<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate the development of project plans and manage them from inception to completion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>To be successful in this role, you would need:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 5 years of experience in office administration or government relations administration<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Workday<\/li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder management &amp; attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>High proficiency oral and written skills in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For more information on this or other Digital Marketing roles in Malaysia, please reach out to Shal at +6012 789 4807 for a conversation today.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>At Salt, our mission is Creating Futures by putting our clients, candidates, partners, and team members at the heart of everything we do.
