We’re looking for Senior Data Analysts<\/strong> to join a team to play a key role in supporting decision-making, optimizing product performance and delivering analytical solutions.<\/p>\n

Your work will involve creating dashboards, conducting A\/B tests and performing in-depth analyses to measure how well products meet customer needs.<\/strong><\/p>\n

You’ll work closely with Product Managers and collaborate with data science and engineering teams to ensure data-driven decision-making is at the heart of our strategy. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Act as a trusted analytics partner, building strong relationships with stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  • Develop structured frameworks to measure product health (e.g., conversion funnels).<\/li>\n
  • Identify and resolve issues, risks, and dependencies effectively.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure data availability aligns with business objectives.<\/li>\n
  • Translate complex requirements into actionable insights and documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Looking for someone with:<\/strong><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • 5 years and above working with large datasets, deriving insights, and translating business needs into data strategies.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Advanced SQL expertise (Python and Tableau\/PowerBI proficiency),<\/strong> including window functions, query optimization, and data modeling<\/li>\n
    • Analytical mindset with experience in A\/B testing<\/strong> and statistical analysis.<\/li>\n
    • Strong data visualization skills, including building interactive dashboards.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in experimental design and statistical testing methodologies.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders and mentor junior analysts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
