You will serve as the bridge between business users and technical teams, translating requirements into high-performing Salesforce experiences.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering with business stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Translate business processes into Salesforce configurations and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, page layouts, dashboards, and reports.<\/li>\n<li>Support end-user training, change management, and post-go-live support.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the SME for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and user adoption strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You Bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4-6 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin or Consultant.<\/li>\n<li>Salesforce Administrator and\/or Platform App Builder certification.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning features.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of business processes (sales, service).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s in it for YOU?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with a diverse team of Salesforce experts and global clients.<\/li>\n<li>Involved in end-to-end implementation and transformation projects.<\/li>\n<li>Continuous learning, training, and certification support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you&#8217;re passionate about Salesforce and looking to join a collaborative team where your expertise drives real business transformation, we&#8217;d love to hear from you.
