We&#8217;re hiring an Analytics Manager for our client to drive product intelligence and support data-driven decisions for a leading global platform. This role offers the chance to work with a highly agile, multicultural team and collaborate closely with Product Managers across the region.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>As the Analytics Lead, you will:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and mentor a team of 5 analysts<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Product Managers to provide insights, measure product performance, and support strategic decision-making<\/li>\n<li>Get hands-on with data, from SQL deep dives to visualizations in Tableau or Power BI<\/li>\n<li>Ensure delivery of clear, actionable insights that guide the product roadmap<\/li>\n<li>Operate effectively in a fast-paced, diverse, and often ambiguous environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you&#8217;re an experienced data leader who brings:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>~15 years of experience in analytics, with at least 5 years in team management<\/li>\n<li>Strong SQL and Python skills<\/li>\n<li>Solid command of Tableau or Power BI for data visualization<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration<\/li>\n<li>Experience handling large datasets and fast-paced environments<\/li>\n<li>A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These are up for grabs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary<\/li>\n<li>15% performance bonus<\/li>\n<li>Flexible hybrid work model<\/li>\n<li>Medical &amp; dental coverage<\/li>\n<li>Career pathways toward Head of Product or Director-level roles in product or data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You&#8217;ll be reporting to the Head of Product\/Analytics and collaborate with global teams including Engineering, Architecture, and Product.
