The quote above resonates so well with the values and culture of my client. My client, a full-service digital marketing agency headquartered in Australia has expanded to Malaysia in 2023 by setting up their Centre of Excellence here in KL.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

We are looking to expand their team by hiring a Performance Marketing Manager<\/strong>. Seize the opportunity to work with a team of seasoned professionals who bring with them diverse skills and experience.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Your responsibilities:<\/p>\n

+ Develop long-term performance marketing strategy roadmaps and testing plans for the company and clients<\/p>\n

+ Generate performance insights and propose improvement initiatives<\/p>\n

+ Ensure campaigns and platforms are set up, executed and optimized to best practices<\/p>\n

+ Recommend strategies and optimizations to campaign structure, keyword opportunities, audience targeting and other PPC related activities aligned with marketing objectives<\/p>\n

+ Achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns by collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights<\/p>\n

+ Own all activities across performance marketing channels such as Meta, Google, Display, Search<\/p>\n

+ Manage the expense and budget of campaigns, and estimate monthly costs<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

To succeed in this role, you will have:<\/p>\n

+ Proven experience as a Performance Manager with a 5 year experience in a digital agency<\/p>\n

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/p>\n

+ Familiarity with multiple platforms (AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn)<\/p>\n

+ Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget<\/p>\n

+ Ability to use initiative to make decisions strategically & analytically<\/p>\n

+ Ability to work under pressure, change direction when required and work on a range of client projects at the same time<\/p>\n

+ Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently on the completion of priorities which may have competing deadlines<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
