You have to figure out where they are, go there and bring them back to your store&#8221;. <\/p>\n<p>As we enter into the digital era, my Client, a global consumer retailer is looking to hire for the position of Head of E-Commerce to spearhead the department with a vision to transform the business direction from offline to online sales.<\/p>\n<p>You will play a pivotal role in building the eCommerce division, develop and execute business strategies in aggressively achieving online sales goals and enhancing brand building objectives.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete ownership on sales expansion &#8211; increasing sales, market share, capabilities, and excellence in the segment; and very number and ROI driven in fine-tuning business plans based on performance.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, develop and execute the eCommerce strategy for the business which includes planning, organising, implementing and tracking of eCommerce activities.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the budget and P&amp;L for eCommerce division.<\/li>\n<li>Provide actionable suggestions via a &#8220;pilot&#8221;\/ start-up approach to quickly grow eCommerce with measurable results for Asia.<\/li>\n<li>Develop A\/B testing strategies and optimise e-commerce platforms to improve conversion.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure flawless operations with customer service and logistics for delivering outstanding consumer experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have experience in leading or building up an eCommerce function, I want you.
